No one but the Arizona team. Each team has their own unique atmosphere, and even Houson keep their roof open unless there is lightning outside. They use the weather to their advantage, and no one really wants to play full force in Houston, where the average dewpoint in the first eight weeks are in the 60’s and low 70’s. Even the last eight weeks are humid, some days have "normal" dewpoints where other’s are close to 70. Just a good example of how weather plays a part where the other team can win.
