幻龙斋回到家时，屋子里安安静静，本来期待着女儿会大叫着父亲从门里扑出来，现在却只有小小的失望。
怕是又跑到妖部婆婆家里了吧，这样想着的忍部族长，慢慢沿着街道往村口的妖部家走去。
女儿节已经临近，幻龙斋想起妻子在世时每年必定要摆放的人偶，突然觉得应该去买几尊新的，多年战争平息后，他终有机会尽做父亲的本分，来弥补火美子的童年缺憾。
到了妖部家，老婆婆像往常一样坐在屋檐下喝茶，听说幻龙斋在寻找女儿，立刻咧开没剩几颗牙的嘴笑了。
“这晌还没有到家，一定是在镇上鸟烧居里。”婆婆指点着天色说，旁边的老爷子也跟着点头，“美子这孩子，最爱的就是那里的烧味。”
谢过妖部，幻龙斋走向山下的市镇，天渐渐变黑，店铺的灯光一家家亮起来，街边挂的长串灯笼在晚风里摇摇晃晃，鸟烧居的招牌也被灯火照亮。
烧味店的老板是个褐发绿眼的年轻人，幻龙斋记不清他的名字，那人忙介绍自己名叫渡部，故乡是第四层山界的城市，听说忍部族长是为找女儿而来，赶紧从里面把吃烧烤正欢的火美子叫了出来。
拉着女儿从烧味店出来时幻龙斋对着渡部鞠躬说：“多谢你对我女儿的照顾。”渡部却笑着回礼说：“其实，要感谢的是我，多谢美子对我的照顾。”
“美子照顾你吗？”幻龙斋失笑道，这会的火美子已被过路卖麦芽糖的小贩夺去了注意力，丝毫没听见父亲和友人的交谈。
“是啊，”渡部绿色的眼睛追逐着火美子的一举一动，“要不是美子救了我，我可能现在还在替魔王卖命呢。所以，得到照顾的其实是我啊。”
幻龙斋听着渡部说起战争时候的事，说起魔王如何对全城的人施咒，说起异界来的救世主，说起神龙，说起火美子。他和女儿在鸟烧居里待到了深夜，火美子在渡部的膝盖上睡的香甜。
女儿节的那一天，幻龙斋在家门前摆出了崭新的祈福人偶，另外又给火美子买了一个布制的鸦天狗。
看到女儿快乐着抱紧娃娃的样子，幻龙斋心里的打算却是得要十年后的火美子才能明白。

The subsequent time I read a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as a lot as this one. I imply, I do know it was my option to learn, but I actually thought youd have something attention-grabbing to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about one thing that you could possibly fix if you happen to werent too busy looking for attention.

Once I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now every time a remark is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can take away me from that service? Thanks!
